1. Scope of Services

Inmersiva provides experiences focused on psychosomatic well-being, sound therapy, and conscious connection. These include workshops, private sessions, retreats, ceremonies, and immersive events.
Our offerings are educational and experiential in nature. They are not substitutes for medical treatment, psychological therapy, or psychiatric care.

By engaging in any Inmersiva experience, you acknowledge that you participate voluntarily and take full responsibility for your physical, emotional, and mental state during and after the session.

2. Booking & Payment

All reservations are subject to availability and confirmed only upon receipt of payment or deposit.

• Payment details and confirmation will be provided via email or our booking platform.

• For private sessions or retreats, a non-refundable deposit may be required to secure your date.

• Prices and offerings are subject to change without prior notice.

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling

• Cancellations made at least 72 hours before the session may be rescheduled once without penalty.

• Cancellations made less than 72 hours in advance or failure to attend will result in the loss of the session or deposit.

• Inmersiva reserves the right to reschedule or cancel any experience due to unforeseen circumstances (such as facilitator illness or force majeure). In such cases, clients will receive a credit or alternative date.

4. Client Responsibility

Participants are responsible for:

• Ensuring they are in suitable physical and emotional condition to engage in the experience.

• Communicating openly with facilitators about any medical conditions, medications, or mental health considerations prior to participation.

• Respecting the guidelines, confidentiality, and boundaries of all participants and facilitators.

Participation implies informed consent to engage in somatic, meditative, and/or sound-based practices under one’s own discretion.

5. Facilitator Responsibility

Inmersiva facilitators commit to:

• Providing safe, compassionate, and professional guidance throughout each experience.

• Respecting each participant’s autonomy, emotional boundaries, and confidentiality.

• Holding a space of integrity, consent, and presence in every offering.

6. Confidentiality & Data Protection

All personal information shared with Inmersiva is treated as confidential.
We do not disclose or sell participant data to third parties. Communication and booking data are handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

7. Assumption of Risk

By participating in any Inmersiva experience, you acknowledge that:

• You are responsible for your own decisions, well-being, and integration process.

• You release Inmersiva and its facilitators from any liability arising from your participation.

• You understand that while our practices are designed to support well-being, results vary according to individual circumstances.

8. Intellectual Property

All written materials, methods, audio, and visual content shared during Inmersiva experiences are the intellectual property of Inmersiva.
They may not be recorded, reproduced, or distributed without prior written consent.

9. Code of Conduct

We hold each experience as a sacred and respectful space. Participants agree to:

• Honor the confidentiality and safety of others.

• Refrain from disruptive behavior, judgment, or discrimination of any kind.

• Abstain from drugs or alcohol prior to and during the experience (unless explicitly part of a guided ceremonial context).

Failure to comply may result in removal from the session without refund.

10. Acceptance of Terms

By booking, attending, or participating in any Inmersiva experience, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
